The location is superb for airport access, just a short metro walk. The staff was cute, and the common areas sparkled with cleanliness.

Handy central location adjacent to Madri, grocery shops and a subway. It was very close to Sienna, where you can have dinner. The room we had was beautifully maintained and brand-new with the air con in november, king sized bed and hair dryer. Having a bath and a bidet was a bonus.

Very convenient location near the airport, which can be reached by subway or even cheaper by bus. Friendly staff and quiet enough area with a lot of restaurants.

Wife is just next to the front desk, It does not work in rooms. It is a very bad hotel near the airport and presence of Waifai in the rooms is mandatory, for example, as our friends, for normal check-in. There was a dusty carpet washed in the room, was unpleasant to walk on even with socks, room is obviously cleaned very superficially. staff obviously doesn't bother cleaning much, so most people stay here the night before the flight. In the end. I'd say it's better to stay somewhere else, by choosing the same area if the situation allows

I found the room quite warm throughout my stay. The carpets really need an update as they looked worn and gave off a vibe of neglect. While the hotel is situated in a quiet street, it's a bit removed from the bustling center, feel somewhat isolated.

location is good and staff is very friendly. connection to the airport is very good except you arrive later than 23h. there is no longer a bus and you have to pay 20 euros for a taxi or walk and take the subway but if you have a lot of luggage and/or you travel with children it is not a very good option

When we left the hotel in the morning, our son began to complain that he was itching at various points on his body. When we got home and took his clothes off, we discovered that his arms and legs were covered with large red bites.We didn't complain at the hotel because we left quickly in the morning to go to the airport and there was no turning back.

TV) is old, a little ragged. But everything works, It may be noisy at night. But it's not the hotel. The hotel itself is not in a tourist area. The most of the inhabitants of the area are local. And the Spaniards go to bed late, but they make everything loud.

The stay was comfortable while I explored nearby attractions like the parks and the Convention Center. The location provided easy access to the metro, which made getting around simple. I really appreciated that the room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful with questions about the area. I could easily find good eateries just a short walk away.

Comfortable hotel near Madrid Airport, convenient for a transit night. Cozy clean rooms with wide comfortable beds and clean linens and towels. Barajas Metro Station is a 7-10-minute walk away. The cost of travel from the airport by city white taxi to the hotel is 20 euros, but if you call a taxi UBER - the price is 4.95 euros. Metro ride to and from the airport costs 4.50 Euros per person. An inexpensive breakfast is recommended in one of the inexpensive cafes in the area of 50 meters from the hotel.

The hotel was booked 3 months in advance with free cancellation 2 days in advance, but the cost of accommodation was withdrawn from the card immediately after booking.

The guest room is brand-new and beautifully maintained. The restaurant serves excellent Indian food.

Use nearby public transport options for easy access to city attractions, as local buses are frequent and connect well for explorations.

Close to the airport and to the Metro station. Quiet and clean. I felt very confortable there. Someone may find breakfast poor, for me it was fair, as I usually have a very small breakfast.

I enjoyed my stopover at Hotel Don Luis. The room was quite spacious and was comfortable enough for an airport stopover. I walked to the hotel from Barajas Metro station which only took 10 minutes. It was much more convenient than getting 3 metros to downtown for only a slightly cheaper alternative. I recommend the hotel and look forward to returning there in the future.

The hotel was clean and in good condition overall. The staff was very helpful and considerate.

The room was extremely hot and the air conditioner was broken so that it only blew out hot air. We had to sleep with the windows open, letting in all of the city sounds into the room.

The hotel was cost-effective and convenient to the metro. Also, just a few minutes from the airport.

It takes about 30 minutes to get into town on the metro.
